We started going to Dick's Pharmacy this year when our insurance stopped affiliation with our usual pharmacy. We have been THRILLED! They are fast, friendly, and so helpful. What I thought could be a tough transition turned out to be a delight.

Just about as good as it gets!! Extremely fast refills 10 mins. The pharmacy is owner operated by the pharmacist on duty, and when I say that his customer service is the best in the industry, I mean it is THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN, at any retailer! He's always willing to work with veterans who are uninsured. But still takes all insurance plans from what I've seen. He is the kind of guy that I would love to be friends with and hang out with him (I know how weird that sounds but I cannot put his friendly passionate demeanor into words that give him justice. And his staff is apparently learning from him or also naturally gifted as people persons. Aside from one script that my doctor made a mistake on (the doc forgot to write the date that it was signed so he, the pharmacist/owner couldn't fill until the doctor himself wrote the date on ). These guys have had all my meds at great prices. Please support your local small business! I won't go to another pharmacy unless it is an emergency after hours. It is so nice to be go to pick up my prescriptions and have Eric and his staff know me and my family, know what other medications I am taking, and be willing to push back on the insurance companies as a result. Hands down, the best pharmacy in Bountiful, and in my opinion the best I have ever used!
